Where is Self Storage Ivor located?
We are located at 35198 General Mahone Blvd in Ivor, VA. We are located off Route 460 and convenient to Waverly, Wakefield, Windsor, Dendron, Courtland, Suffolk, Smithfield, and Franklin, VA.

When can you call us for assistance?
You can call any day- 365 days a year from 7am to 1 am.

What are your access hours?
Our access hours are 6am to 9pm.  If you need alternate access hours, please reach out and we will try to accommodate. 

Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.

How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit card or a credit card. You can also enroll in autopay so you're never late on a payment.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

Do I need to have insurance?
Yes, insurance is required. You must either purchase it through us or provide your insurance number if you have coverage through another provider.

What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, and combustible items or liquids.

What types of parking do you offer?
We offer economical outdoor parking spaces for boats, RVs, trailers, and vehicles.

Do you offer climate controlled storage units?
We are in the process of building climate control storage units and expect to have availability soon. Please call us to get on the waitlist for your climate control unit.
